The Proud is partnering with a mid-sized North York firm seeking a Corporate Law Clerk to handle incorporations, minute books, and corporate filings. You’ll work with a friendly, fast-paced team that values precision and collaboration.


Role Highlights

  • Manage incorporations, amendments, and dissolutions.

  • Maintain corporate records and filings.

  • Prepare annual resolutions and coordinate registrations.

  • Support lawyers on M&A and reorganization files.


Ideal Candidate Snapshot

  • 4+ years of corporate law clerk experience.

  • Knowledge of the OBCA and corporate procedures.

  • Detail-driven and organized.

  • Diploma or equivalent experience in law clerk studies.
