A leading mid-sized North York firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Law Clerk who enjoys transactional work, corporate governance, and managing files from start to finish.

What your day-to-day looks like

Prepare and file incorporations, amendments, dissolutions, and business registrations

Maintain and update corporate minute books and annual resolutions

Manage corporate databases and ensure records are always audit-ready

Handle extra-provincial registrations and business name filings

Conduct corporate searches and due diligence for transactions

Support lawyers on reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and closings

Communicate directly with clients and government agencies
What you bring

4+ years of corporate law clerk experience in Ontario

Strong knowledge of the OBCA and corporate compliance

Proficiency with Cyberbahn, OnCorp, or equivalent platforms

Excellent attention to detail and file organization

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced practice

Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent experience
