We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. With at least 8 years of experience in both front-end and back-end development, the ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in creating sophisticated websites and web applications. This role demands a proactive individual who can innovate and execute complex projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and user-centric design.


  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications with an emphasis on front-end and back-end functionality.

  • Lead the full development lifecycle, including planning, requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.

  • Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deploying applications, including code review and optimization to ensure high-quality standards.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, project managers, and other developers, to create seamless and integrated solutions.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

  • Ensure website and application security by adhering to best practices and conducting regular security audits.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise, providing efficient solutions and minimizing downtime.

  • Manage APIs for integration with other systems and platforms, enhancing functionality and user experience.

  • Document development processes, code, and project details clearly and comprehensively for future reference and team knowledge sharing.


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 8 years of experience in web development, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.

  • Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Strong knowledge of back-end programming languages, such as PHP, Ruby, Python, Java, or .NET, and frameworks like Django, Rails, or Spring.

  • Experience with database management and SQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB or CouchDB.

  • Familiarity with web server technologies like Apache, Nginx, ISS, and server-side scripting.

  • Expertise in version control tools, such as Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
