We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Bankruptcy and Insolvency Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of guiding clients through the complexities of bankruptcy and insolvency matters, including the preparation and management of critical legal documents such as bankruptcy filings, reorganization plans, and creditor negotiations. This role requires not only a comprehensive understanding of bankruptcy and insolvency laws but also the ability to offer compassionate, customized legal solutions tailored to the unique financial situations of each client.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Licensed to practice law in Ontario.

  • 10+ years of experience in estate planning law.

  • Strong understanding of Debtor, Creditor Rights and Litigation.

  • Book of Business is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
