Litigation Law Clerk


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Law Clerk to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide crucial support in various stages of the litigation process, from initial case research to trial preparation. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in litigation and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on case-related matters.

  • Manage and organize documents, including drafting, reviewing, and filing court documents.

  • Coordinate the discovery process, including the collection, review, and production of documents.

  • Maintain and update case files and litigation databases.

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

  • Schedule and track important deadlines and court dates.

  • Provide general administrative support to the litigation team.


  • Diploma or certificate in paralegal studies, law clerk, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in a litigation environment, preferably as a law clerk.

  • Familiarity with court procedures and legal documentation.

  • Strong research and writing skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in legal research tools and office software.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
