Estate Planning Lawyer

We are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate Estate Planning Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in the preparation and management of legal documents related to estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. This role requires a deep understanding of estate laws and the ability to provide personalized legal solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their estate planning needs and objectives.

• Draft, review, and modify wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.

• Advise clients on estate tax implications, asset protection strategies, and wealth preservation.

• Assist in the administration of estates, including probate and trust administration.

• Provide guidance on issues related to guardianship and conservatorship.

• Stay informed on changes in estate planning and tax laws.

• Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to provide comprehensive estate planning services.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• 10+ years of experience in estate planning law.

• Strong understanding of tax implications related to estates and trusts.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and empathetic manner.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
