  • 2+ years of experience in  the legal or recruitment industry.

  • Strong network and contacts within the legal sector.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Highly competitive commission structure that would have you out earn salaried Recruitment Managers by at least 2-1
