DUTIES
Prospective Real Estate Law Clerks should be experienced with the following duties to ensure their success in this position:

Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, including agreements, contracts, and mortgages.

Conduct title searches and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion.

Maintain and organize real estate files, ensuring accuracy and timely document preparation.

Collaborate with lawyers, clients, and external parties to ensure seamless transaction processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Real Estate Law Clerks will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

5+ years of experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk.

Strong knowledge of Ontario real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in legal software and document management systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team collaboration.
