The PROUD is a Recruiting Company that has not been shy to use AI and allow it to help further develop tactics and way to analyze data. At the end of the Day, Recruitment Companies that don't see themselves as a Data Companies, may be already far behind and in a position where they may not be able to catch up. There are few Companies that collect and impact data as much as Recruiting Companies can.
