We are immediately seeking an experienced Litigation Law Clerk for a unique and exciting opportunity in the heart of Downtown Toronto with a Law Firm located in the Bay and Bloor Area.


Prospective Litigation Law Clerks will be joining an established and flourishing Litigation Team. The Firm provides a familial, supportive and collaborative working environment.


Daily Duties:


  • Drafting of Agreements and Statements of Claim

  • Drafting and assembling Motion Records, Affidavit of Documents and necessary motion materials.

  • Manage the Document Production process for Trial.

  • Scheduling Examinations, Arbitrations and Hearings.

  • Trial Preparation.

  • Assisting with client interviews.

  • Conducting Case Law research.

  • Drafting correspondence, accounts, pleadings, briefs

  • Arranging for service

  • Managing files and records

  • Preparing and updating forms




  • 5+ years of proficient experience as a Litigation Law Clerk

  • Strong proficiency with PCLaw, Summation and the entire Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong time management and organization characteristics

  • Ability to meet deadlines and detail oriented

  • Experience handling matters in Civil Litigation, Family and Human Rights is considered an asset
