REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Legal Recruitment Associates will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

4+ years of experience in legal recruitment, executive search, or HR with a track record of successful placements.

Strong ability to source, assess, and place top legal talent, including lawyers, law clerks, and legal assistants.

Self-starter with a business development mindset, comfortable managing clients and candidates independently.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, thriving in a remote, commission-driven role.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
