JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and a talent for identifying and attracting top candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality candidates.

Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.

Source candidates through networking, headhunting, and other creative methods.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in talent acquisition.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various selection techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
