REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Legal Recruiters will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

2+ years of experience in legal recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a strong understanding of hiring legal professionals.

Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiations.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with lawyers, law clerks, and legal assistants.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a remote, commission-based environment.
