We’re partnering with a respected Toronto litigation firm looking for a Legal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced practice. If you enjoy keeping lawyers organized, managing deadlines, and staying ahead of the file, this role fits perfectly.

What your day-to-day looks like
​

Draft and format correspondence, pleadings, and court materials

Manage calendars, discoveries, mediations, and court dates

Maintain organized electronic + physical files

Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel

Track deadlines and file documents accurately and on time

Support trial prep, binder creation, and document production

Handle billing, time entry, and general admin tasks
What you bring

7+ years as a Litigation Legal Assistant
-
Solid knowledge of Ontario’s civil procedures
-
Strong drafting + proofreading abilities
-
Experience with MS Office, PCLaw, and DMS tools
-
Highly organized and confident managing high-volume files
