We’re seeking a Real Estate Law Clerk with lender-side experience to support private lending, mortgage transactions, and refinance files.
What You’ll Be Doing

Prepare lender-side mortgage and security documentation

Conduct title searches and identify lending risks

Draft requisitions and track closing conditions

Liaise with borrowers, lenders, and brokers

Manage private mortgage closings from start to finish

Maintain accurate file records and closing checklists
What You Bring

5+ years of real estate closing experience

Strong knowledge of lender requirements and private mortgages
-
Teraview experience required

Excellent attention to detail
