A reputable Burlington firm is looking for an experienced Real Estate Law Clerk who enjoys handling residential and/or commercial deals from opening to closing.

The real estate group is busy and growing, and they need a clerk who can confidently manage purchase, sale, and refinance files with minimal supervision.

What your day-to-day looks like

Open, manage, and close residential and/or commercial real estate files

Prepare and review closing documents, including statements of adjustments and reports

Conduct title searches, review results, and help resolve issues

Draft requisitions, review responses, and assist with pre-closing follow-up

Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel throughout the transaction

Register documents using Teraview/Conveyancer (or similar platforms)

Keep files organized, updated, and closing-ready at all times

What you bring
-
3+ years as a Real Estate Law Clerk in Ontario

Strong understanding of residential real estate procedures (commercial experience an asset)

Proficiency with Teraview, Conveyancer, and MS Office

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

Confidence managing multiple transactions and deadlines at once

Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent experience
