What You’ll Be Doing

Act for private lenders on mortgage transactions

Draft and negotiate loan agreements and security documents

Review title searches and advise on risk mitigation

Manage refinances, bridge loans, and private mortgages

Provide legal opinions and guidance to lenders

Supervise clerks and oversee closing processes

Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and lending partners
What You Bring

7+ years of real estate and/or private lending experience
-
Strong knowledge of lender-side requirements
-
Excellent drafting and risk-analysis skills
-
LSO member in good standing

Ability to manage a fast-paced lending practice
