Advise private lenders on mortgage enforcement strategies

Oversee refinances, bridge loans, and investment transactions

Manage closings and supervise real estate clerks

Build relationships with brokers, lenders, and investors
What You Bring

8+ years of private lending or real estate experience

Strong lender-side knowledge and risk mitigation skills

Excellent drafting and problem-solving abilities

LSO member in good standing
