File progression: scheduling, follow-ups, document tracking

Supporting productions, records, and settlement preparation

Coordinating with clients, insurers, providers, and counsel

Maintaining clean file notes, timelines, and task lists

Keeping the team ahead of deadlines

5+ years PI clerk experience
