What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a candidate who understands all aspects of Ontario real estate closings, from title searches to reporting. The right individual will bring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage files independently.
Responsibilities

Handle residential and commercial real estate files from open to close.

Prepare and review closing documents, statements of adjustments, and reports.

Conduct title searches and resolve issues efficiently.

Communicate with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel.

Draft requisitions and prepare for closings.

Register documents using Teraview.

Maintain organized and accurate file documentation.
Requirements
-
7+ years of experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk in Ontario.

Proficiency with Teraview, Conveyancer, and MS Office.

Strong understanding of residential and commercial procedures.

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Law Clerk diploma or relevant experience.
