What You’ll Be Doing

Manage litigation files from demand letter to trial

Draft pleadings, affidavits, and legal submissions

Conduct discoveries, mediations, and motions

Attend court and represent clients confidently

Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders

Review evidence, prepare summaries, and support strategy
What You Bring
-
3+ years of litigation experience in Ontario
-
Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills
-
Confidence handling appearances and negotiations
-
LSO member in good standing
