Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for legal positions.

Build and maintain relationships with law firms and clients.

Develop recruitment strategies to attract top legal talent.

Negotiate offers and coordinate hiring processes.

Maintain candidate and client databases in CRM systems.

Provide career guidance and market insights to candidates.

Track metrics and report on recruitment KPIs.
Requirements
-
3+ years of legal recruitment experience in Ontario.

Strong knowledge of law firm structures and roles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with CRM and applicant tracking systems.

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
