What You’ll Be Doing

Manage a high-volume portfolio of debt recovery files

Draft demand letters, pleadings, and court materials

Conduct negotiations with debtors and opposing counsel

Prepare Small Claims Court documents and represent clients at hearings

Communicate with clients on timelines, strategy, and file updates

Track deadlines and maintain organized file documentation

Coordinate with clerks and support staff on document production
What You Bring
-
4+ years of paralegal experience in debt recovery or litigation
-
Licensed P1 Paralegal in good standing with the LSO
-
Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Confidence handling hearings and settlement discussions

Excellent communication and file management abilities
