The Proud is expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager who can build relationships, open new doors, and help us grow across the legal, corporate, and tech sectors.

What your day-to-day will look like

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Understand client needs and match them with our recruitment + talent solutions

Create proposals, pitch decks, and growth strategies

Track performance metrics and hit revenue targets

Attend networking events, panels, and industry functions

Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
What you bring

3+ years of business development or B2B sales experience

Background in recruitment, professional services, or legal an asset

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Proven ability to hit KPIs and drive revenue

Organized, self-driven, and naturally entrepreneurial
