We’re hiring a Back End Developer to help us scale the platforms powering our recruitment and blockchain products. This remote role is perfect for someone who likes clean code, performance, and solving real technical problems.

What you’ll do (day-to-day)

Build and optimize APIs and microservices

Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)

Work with front-end teams to improve integrations

Enhance database performance and security

Troubleshoot performance issues and improve scalability

Requirements

5+ years in backend or full-stack development
