REQUIREMENTS

​Prospective Legal Business Development Partners will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

  • 6+ years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales, preferably in legal recruitment or professional services.

  • Proven ability to generate, manage, and expand client relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments.

  • Strong negotiation and strategic sales skills, with a focus on high-value partnerships.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with autonomy in a commission-based, results-driven role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
