Personal Injury Law Clerk Job Description:

As a Personal Injury Law Clerk you’ll manage active PI files with strong organization and consistent follow-through. This role needs someone who can move matters forward while keeping communication professional and calm.  The Firm is located in an easily accessible area in Vaughan, Ontario.
What you’ll own:
  • File progression: scheduling, follow-ups, document tracking
  • Supporting productions, records, and settlement preparation
  • Coordinating with clients, insurers, providers, and counsel
  • Maintaining clean file notes, timelines, and task lists
  • Keeping the team ahead of deadlines
What you bring:
  • 5+ years PI clerk experience
  • Strong organization and communication
  • Comfort managing volume
  • Reliable, consistent follow-through
