DUTIES
Prospective Insolvency Law Clerks should be experienced with the following duties to ensure their success in this position:

Manage litigation insolvency and bankruptcy files from inception to resolution.

Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, affidavits, and filings.

Conduct legal research related to insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.

Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Maintain organized case files and ensure timely and accurate document preparation.
REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Insolvency Law Clerks will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

5+ years of experience as a Law Clerk specializing in insolvency and bankruptcy matters.

Strong knowledge of Ontario litigation and insolvency procedures.

Proficiency in legal research and document drafting software.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
