DUTIES
Prospective Family Lawyers should be experienced with the following duties to ensure their success in this position:

Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and property division.

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, agreements, and court submissions.

Advocate for clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.

Provide sound legal advice and develop tailored solutions for clients.

Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on family law legislation and case law.
REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Family Lawyers will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

5+ years of experience as a Family Lawyer.

Strong knowledge of Ontario family law and litigation procedures.

Exceptional client advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing complex family law cases.

Ability to manage multiple cases effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
