REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Estates Law Clerks will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:
​

5+ years of experience in estate administration, handling probate applications, estate distributions, and estate accounting.

Strong knowledge of Ontario estate laws and procedures, including experience with court filings and estate tax considerations.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in legal software, including PC Law, Estateably, or Will Builder, to manage estate files efficiently.

Exceptional client service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with executors, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
