DUTIES
Prospective Corporate Securities Law Clerks should be experienced with the following duties to ensure their success in this position:

Prepare and file securities documents for public and private transactions, including prospectuses and regulatory filings.

Assist with corporate governance matters, maintaining accurate corporate records and minute books.

Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with securities laws and regulations.

Draft and review documentation for mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.

Collaborate with lawyers and clients to support transactional and regulatory matters.
REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Corporate Securities Law Clerks will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

3+ years of experience as a Corporate Securities Law Clerk.

Strong knowledge of securities law, corporate governance, and Ontario business regulations.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in legal document preparation and management software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
