DUTIES
Prospective Corporate Paraprofessional should be experienced with the following duties to ensure their success in this position:

Assist with corporate transactions, including document preparation and due diligence.

Maintain and organize corporate records, including minute books and resolutions.

Support lawyers in drafting agreements, contracts, and other transactional documents.

Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction management.

Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Corporate Paraprofessional will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

5+ years of experience in a Corporate Paraprofessional or similar role.

Strong understanding of corporate governance and transactional processes.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in legal document preparation and management software.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
