JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our client's law firm in Burlington, Ontario. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on various Corporate and Commercial Matters and Transactions.

This position has a Partnership track and is accepting applications for Lateral moves.
REQUIREMENTS:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Ontario.

Minimum of 8+ years experience in Corporate Law law.

A Book of Business is considered an asset.

Strong understanding of federal and provincial Corporate legislation.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
