REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Corporate Lawyers will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

LL.B. or J.D. degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

4+ years of experience handling M&A, corporate structuring, private equity, securities, and commercial transactions.

Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements including shareholder agreements, purchase agreements, and corporate governance documents.

Solid understanding of corporate law, securities regulations, and business compliance requirements under Canadian law.

Ability to advise business clients on legal risks, corporate strategy, and regulatory matters while building strong client relationships.
