REQUIREMENTS
​Prospective Corporate Law Clerk will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:
​

Completion of a Law Clerk diploma or equivalent and, ideally, a certification from the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO).

4+ years of experience handling corporate filings, incorporations, mergers, corporate reorganizations, and minute book maintenance.

Strong ability to draft and review corporate documents such as shareholder agreements, resolutions, articles of incorporation, and annual returns.

Experience with business registrations, securities filings, and corporate governance compliance under Ontario and Canadian corporate law.

Ability to manage multiple files, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in corporate records and filings.
