DUTIES
Prospective Corporate Commercial Lawyers should be experienced with the following duties to ensure their success in this position:

Advise clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.

Draft and review complex contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.

Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.

Conduct due diligence and manage all stages of corporate and commercial transactions.

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored legal solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Corporate Commercial Lawyers will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

5+ years of experience as a Corporate Commercial Lawyer.

Strong knowledge of Ontario corporate and commercial laws and regulations.

Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.

Proficiency in managing complex transactions and corporate legal processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
