DUTIES

Prospective Corporate Commercial Lawyers should be experienced with the following duties to ensure their success in this position:

  • Advise clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.

  • Draft and review complex contracts, agreements, and other corporate documentation.

  • Provide guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.

  • Conduct due diligence and manage transactional processes.

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored legal solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

​Prospective Corporate Commercial Lawyers will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Commercial Lawyer.

  • Strong knowledge of Ontario corporate and commercial laws and regulations.

  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.

  • Proficiency in managing complex transactions and legal processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management.
