REQUIREMENTS

Licensed to practice law in Ontario with a specialization in Construction Law.

A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Construction Litigation Lawyer with proven litigation skills.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to advise and represent a diverse clientele.

Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload independently and make strategic decisions.

Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
