Our Client, a law firm in Mississauga is seeking a seasoned Construction Litigation Lawyer to handle complex construction disputes and litigation. This pivotal role requires a lawyer with a deep understanding of construction law, contract disputes, and project claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in successfully resolving litigations and a strategic approach to client advocacy.
REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed to practice law in Ontario with a specialization in Construction Law.

A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Litigation Lawyer with proven litigation skills.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to advise and represent a diverse clientele.

Demonstrated ability to handle a caseload independently and make strategic decisions.

Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality.
