DUTIES
Prospective Commercial Real Estate Lawyers should be experienced with the following duties to ensure their success in this position:

Manage complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financings, and leases.

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other transaction-related documentation.

Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate matters and regulatory compliance.

Conduct due diligence, including title searches and review of related documentation.

Collaborate with clients, agents, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Commercial Real Estate Lawyers will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

7+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer.

Strong knowledge of Ontario real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.

Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.

Proficiency in managing complex transactions and legal documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration and team integration.
