This pivotal role involves handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leases, sales, and financing for commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in commercial real estate law and a proven track record of navigating complex legal landscapes efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed to practice law in Ontario with a specialization in Commercial Real Estate Law.

A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with a strong focus on commercial transactions.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal and business negotiations.

OFFERINGS:
