DUTIES
Prospective Commercial Litigation Lawyer should be experienced with the following duties to ensure their success in this position:

Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder issues, and complex business litigation.

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence for court proceedings.

Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court hearings.

Conduct legal research and develop strategic case plans for clients.

Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide tailored legal solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Prospective Commercial Litigation Lawyers will be required to have the following skills to ensure their success in this position:

5+ years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Lawyer.

Strong knowledge of Ontario commercial litigation laws and procedures.

Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
