Due to expansion our Client a Multinational Company that specializes in manufacturing, installing and servicing its highly rated Windows Doors, in the Greater Boston area, is currently looking for qualified and experienced Window and Door Installation Managers.


Installers receive a consistent flow of jobs on a weekly basis, eliminating the need for you to spend time searching or pursuing work. Managing the Crews with respect to expectations, quality and compliance is an on going process and pursuit.  Spot Checks and Training are also two very important aspects of Installation Managers.


The nature of the work involves:


Managing Installation Crews and Service Technicians

Residential removal and replacement of Windows, Entrance Doors, and Patio Sliders

Interior Trim work

Capping installations

Caulking tasks


Your qualifications:


A proven track record of at least 3 years in Lead Installation roles

Advanced Proficiency in Aluminum Bending techniques

Strong finishing skills encompassing Capping and Trim applications

Skillful and precise caulking abilities

Ability to train and pass on knowledge of the above skill sets.
