We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of both hardware and software systems, as well as the ability to work closely with various stakeholders to develop effective and efficient technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and IT team members to identify customer requirements and define the scope of new technology projects.

• Design and implement innovative solutions that integrate different technologies and systems to meet business objectives.

• Develop technical roadmaps for future implementations and upgrades.

• Conduct system architecture evaluations and recommend improvements.

• Guide and mentor team members in architectural design and technology choices.

• Ensure alignment of IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals.

• Manage and mitigate risks associated with IT architecture.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate them into solutions when appropriate.

• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in a solutions architect or similar role.

• Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, network architecture, and system integration.

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and software.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
