Legal Recruiter

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of positions. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and a talent for identifying and attracting top candidates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality candidates.

  • Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.

  • Source candidates through networking, headhunting, and other creative methods.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in talent acquisition.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and various selection techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
