We are seeking Document Review Lawyers for a project-based position in Ontario. This role is ideal for detail-oriented lawyers with strong analytical skills. The successful candidates will be responsible for reviewing legal documents in the context of litigation, investigations, or regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze a large volume of documents using electronic document review platforms.

• Identify and classify documents based on relevance, privilege, and other criteria.

• Provide clear and concise summaries of reviewed documents.

• Work closely with legal teams to understand the objectives of the document review and ensure alignment with case strategies.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of all reviewed materials.

• Meet project deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.

• Stay updated on legal developments relevant to document review and e-discovery.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.

• Licensed to practice law in Ontario.

• Experience in document review, litigation support, or a related field.

• Familiarity with electronic document review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance).

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
