We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team. This role involves representing clients in legal disputes related to construction projects, including contract issues, property damage, and construction defects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and litigation, with a proven track record of successfully resolving complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in construction-related litigation cases, including arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings.

• Analyze and interpret contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to construction projects.

• Provide legal advice on construction laws, regulations, and compliance issues.

• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.

• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other stakeholders to develop case strategies.

• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in construction disputes.

• Stay current on legal developments in construction law and related fields.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in Ontario.

• 6+ years of experience in construction law and litigation.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and dispute resolution methods.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
