Technology Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our Rechnology recruitment sales efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Tech recruitment sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the Tech industry and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients in the Tech sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Tech Firms.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Work closely with recruitment teams to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to promote our recruitment services.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Provide input into marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the Tech market.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the Technology or recruitment industry.
Strong network and contacts within the legal sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
