JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our legal recruitment sales efforts. This key position is tailored for a dynamic individual who has a deep understanding of the legal industry and a proven track record in sales and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, effectively building and nurturing client relationships, and driving substantial revenue growth within the legal recruitment sector. Your role will involve strategic market analysis, outreach to potential clients, and the development of tailored proposals to meet their specific needs. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving excellence in sales and client service. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients in the legal sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

  • Work closely with recruitment teams to understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to promote our recruitment services.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

  • Provide input into marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the legal market.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the legal or recruitment industry.

  • Strong network and contacts within the legal sector.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
