We are seeking a highly skilled Bankruptcy Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team in Burlington. This critical role involves representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings and related financial restructuring matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bankruptcy law, a proven track record of successful case management, and the ability to work independently while driving results.
REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed to practice law in Ontario with a specialization in Bankruptcy Law.

A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Bankruptcy Lawyer with a strong record of client service and case resolution.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage a comprehensive caseload independently.

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, staff, and opposing counsel.
