ASSOCIATE LAWYER

We are currently assisting several clients in Calgary with their need for ambitious Associate Lawyer with experience in either Litigation, Corporate, Commercial Real Estate, or Bankruptcy to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of legal cases across multiple disciplines, providing legal services and advice to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in legal practice, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in Ontario.

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in Corporate Law law.

• A Book of Business is considered an asset.

• Strong understanding of federal and provincial Corporate legislation.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
